While on the Jeff Marek Show, Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff revealed that the New York Rangers have interest in bringing back forward J.T. Miller.

"They be looking for more than one forward too, it's no secret that they are interested in a reunion with J.T. Miller," Seravalli said.

Miller, 28, was drafted by the New York Rangers in the first round in 2011 and spent parts of six seasons with the big club, tallying 172 points in 341 games. He helped the Rangers make their second straight Eastern Conference Final in 2015.

Seravalli also mentioned that the Rangers have shown interest in Chicago Blackhawks forward Ryan Carpenter, who has five assists in 37 games this season.

"In terms of looking at some depth type players, I think there has been some interest from the New York Rangers in someone like a Ryan Carpenter from the Chicago Blackhawks."

The Rangers are going to be an interesting team to watch over the next couple of months leading up to the NHL trade deadline on March 21st.
