Two fights break out off the opening puck drop in KHL game between Spartak, Jokerit (w/video)
It didn't take long at all for things to get heated between Spartak Moscow and Jokerit of the KHL in a game on Monday. Right off the opening faceoff, two fights would break out immediately. Apparently there's some animosity between these two teams after meeting each other over the weekend.
The first video shows the fight between Nikita Sokolov and Markus Hännikäinen. This one went on for a long time.

The second one shows both at the same time, but the fight out front is between Oleg Yevenko and Marko Anttila. Due to the KHL's rules, the fight means an automatic one-game suspension for Yevenko, as this is his second fight of the season. Yevenko is six-foot-seven, 231 lbs and loves to throw his weight around.
