Dominik Kahun, who was most recently a member of the Edmonton Oilers in the NHL, has announced a new deal with SC Bern of the Swiss National League. It's a three-year contract, which runs through the end of the 2023-24 season.

Kahun played 48 games with Edmonton last season, netting 15 points (9 G, 6 A). He also played another two in the playoffs but failed to hit the scoresheet. Kahun has also played for Chicago, Pittsburgh and Buffalo during his time in the NHL, playing a total of 186 NHL games. His new deal has an NHL out-clause for each offseason.

Kahun is originally from Germany and has represented the country on the international stage several times. He won a silver medal with the team at the 2018 Winter Olympics.
