The Buffalo Sabres veteran Alex Tuch dropped the gloves against New Jersey Devils' Brenden Dillon over a massive hit on JJ Peterka in the NHL Global Series.

In Czechia, the New Jersey Devils and the Buffalo Sabres are playing the second of back-to-back games, the firsts of the NHL regular season.
Last night, the Devils won 4-1, and both teams were back on the ice for a rematch on Saturday morning.
In the first period, Devils' defenseman Brenden Dillon landed a big open-ice hit on Sabres' young talent, JJ Peterka. His teammate, Alex Tuch, wasted no time and decided to challenge Dillon to a fight.
The confrontation didn't give European fans much of a show, as Tuch didn't land a single blow on Dillon, whose attempts to defend himself didn't work out either.
In a few seconds, it was all over, and referees were reviewing the hit on Peterka.
Upon watching the video, they decided to give a two-minute minor penalty to Dillon for the hit, in addition to the five minutes for fighting to both players.
We're still waiting for an update on Peterka, but if he were to miss time due to an injury, he would leave a big hole in the Sabres' lineup.
Peterka, 22, played 162 NHL games so far and showed his impressive progression last year by scoring 50 points, including 28 goals.
Updates on his health will follow.
