Brett Favre will go down as one of the greatest QB's to ever play in the NFL, but now the former Packers legend has revealed a heartbreaking medical condition.

Despite recent controversies, Brett Favre will be remembered by many as one of the NFL's greatest ever Quarterbacks, defining an era of QB play for so many fans of the league. The now 54-year old however has just revealed a heartbreaking announcement, revealing to the world that he is suffering from Parkinson's Disease, something that effects so many people around the world.
This was announced during a trial for a welfare scandal that involved Favre, as he is accused of receiving part of $77 million that was funnelled away from needy families in Mississippi, although Favre has denied any wrongdoing in the scandal.
On the field, Favre was one of the most creative and innovative players in NFL history, holding many records throughout his career and winning one Super Bowl during an incredible 20-year run. That career saw him play in Green Bay, New York and Minnesota, where he would throw for over 71,000 yards and amass 508 Touchdown passes.
However, he does also hold the NFL all-time record for interceptions with 336, but for the most part, he will be remembered on the field for his gun-slinger mentality and the joy he brought to many. While the recent controversy has tarnished his reputation for many American's, a diagnosis of Parkinson's isn't something to be taken lightly, so we hope that he can get the best care possible while he deals with the dreadful disease.
