Oilers forward Corey Perry has struggled to produce up to expectations during this year's Stanley Cup playoffs and now his coach is making a change as a result.

Reports are confirming this afternoon that the Edmonton Oilers are likely to scratch forward Corey Perry for tonight's game. According to Frank Seravalli veteran Adam Henrique will take his place.

We'll see what develops this morning, but the belief is these are the changes for #Oilers:

Stuart Skinner starts Game 6.

Adam Henrique in for Corey Perry.

Not written in sharpie, some things to sort out this morning.

However, a conflicting report from Oilers insider Mark Spector believes that while Corey Perry is out of the lineup he will be replaced by Sam Carrick instead of Adam Henrique.

It's Edmonton's turn to put the doubt in Vancouver's mind, or pack 'er in.
They'll do it with Skinner in goal for Game 6, Perry possibly out, Carrick possibly in. Updates to come.

As mentioned by both sources the Edmonton Oilers will turn back to Stuart Skinner who has not played since Game 3. Now the pressure will be on the young netminder and the rest of the Edmonton Oilers to force a Game 7.
