RUMOUR: Two Centres Linked to Western Conference Contender

A massive trade rumour has just surfaced that links these two centers to a major Western Conference contending team.

The Colorado Avalanche have found themselves in an interesting trade position after dealing away Tomas Tatar to the Seattle Kraken, which has opened up the Avalanche's cap space. Now, the Avalanche have been tied to two interesting centers to potentially fill the hole in their roster and their cap space.

Rumours have linked Sean Monahan from the Montreal Canadiens and Morgan Frost from the Philadelphia Flyers to the Avalanche.

The Avalanche are sitting at the top of the Central Division Standings, and are looking to shore up the roster for another cup run. Their recent trade moves indicate that they are gearing up for the run, in hopes of repeating their success from 2022.
