Carson Briere, son of Philadelphia Flyers GM Danny, and former NCAA D1 hockey player, lost everything when he foolishly pushed a wheelchair down a flight of stairs.

This incident shined a light on who he is as a person, but it appears that getting kicked off his school's hockey teams are the least of his worries.

Briere to Attend Court

Per Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers, Briere will face the courts with charges of criminal mischief, conspiracy, and disorderly conduct.

Former Mercyhurst hockey player Carson Briere is scheduled to appear in district court in Erie on Monday morning to face charges of criminal mischief, conspiracy and disorderly conduct. The hearing is at 11am.

It is unknown if this is for the wheelchair incident, or for another string of crimes.

Either way, Carson Briere will face serious consequences for his actions - and rightfully so.
