Claude Giroux loses his cool on referee after a terrible call

Tonight the Ottawa Senators faced off against the Carolina Hurricanes. During the 2nd period, Senators assistant captain Claude Giroux, uncharacteristically lost his temper on the officials.

With Giroux serving a minor penalty of his own, Jake Sanderson is called for delay of game. Unfortunately for the officials it wasn't Sanderson's stick that knocked the puck out of play.

After a conference the referees decided it was in fact Sanderson's stick and awarded the penalty. That's when Giroux let the officials have it, opening the penalty box door to ensure he was heard by all.
