Injuries take a major toll on an NHL team. For some, it can be the difference between making the post season and ending up in the draft lottery when everything is said and done. With that in mind, the Twitter account NHLInjuryViz has compiled a list of the man games lost per team in the NHL this season up to the All-Star break. For some on the list, it's been a major factor in where they stand at the moment.

Leading the pack, and by quite a bit, is the Columbus Blue Jackets with 319 man games lost to injury so far in 2022-23. The Blue Jackets injury list included names such as Jakub Voracek, Zach Werenski, Adam Boqvist, Patrik Laine and several others so far this season. In at number 2 is the Toronto Maple Leafs with 199. Colorado and Winnipeg are tied for third spot with 193 apiece, with Montreal coming in next at 172.

As for teams that have found themselves mostly healthy in 2022-23, the Dallas Stars come out on top with just 21 man games lost in 2022-23 so far. The New York Rangers are next with 29, then Seattle with 40, Calgary with 43, and Tampa Bay with 58. The Stars currently sit atop the Central Division and the Western Conference with 66 points in 51 games.
