Nashville G Juuse Saros Injured vs. Flames; Prognosis Not Great

During last night's game between Nashville & Calgary, I noticed Vladar was starting for the Flames. Why would Sutter start his backup in a game against their likely first-round playoff opponent?

Simple, injury.

And as fate would have it, Nashville's All-Star goalie Juuse Saros went down mid-game:

Saros' absence would be catastrophic for Nashville as he, Roman Josi & Filip Forsberg are the three most valuable players on the team. Odds are, the Predators play the Flames in the first-round, with an outside chance Dallas jumps them, meaning they would play the Avalanche. Either way, they're going to need his services.
