Montreal Canadiens fans are known to be very passionate about their team, and social media can definitely help fuel the fire. Former player and Hockey Night in Canada broadcaster P.J. Stock recently went to Twitter to post his opinion regarding the Montreal Canadiens general manager situation while referring to the media availability with new Executive Vice-President of Hockey Operations Jeff Gorton, who speaks little to no French.

«After hearing all the Montreal media ask their questions and converse in English, why can't that happen all the time? Why can't the next Habs GM be anglophone? Why can't the next GM be the best person available? More important building the team or speaking to the media?»

These seem like fair questions to ask, but at least one fan was not very happy about the post.

The fan replied to the post saying, «Va chier P.J.»

This roughly translates to "f*ck you" or "Go to hell".

Stock then replied to the comment stating:

«Tout le monde veut que vous ayez une opinion tant que votre opinion est la même que la leur.» (Everyone wants you to have an opinion as long as your opinion is the same as theirs).

For anyone unaware, P.J. Stock is completely bilingual, and was born and raised in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, a suburb of Montreal.
