Hockey Canada unveils selection camp roster for 2022 World Juniors

With the 2022 World Juniors kicking off in over three weeks, Hockey Canada announced it's selection camp roster on Wednesday. Canada's selection camp roster includes 35 players, three goaltenders, eleven defencemen, and twenty-one forwards, which will be narrowed down to 25 players (3 G/8 D/14 F).

Canada's selection camp will get underway on Thursday, December 9th. The 9th and 10th are scheduled practices, while the 11th and 12th will feature exhibition games against the USports All-Stars. Final rosters must be submitted to the IIHF no later than December 15th.

The 2022 World Junior Hockey Championships will get underway on December 26th. Canada will play the Czech Republic on the 26th, Austria on December 28th, Germany on December 29th, and will wrap up the group stage on New Year's Eve against Finland. All of Canada's games are set for 7pm ET/5pm local (MT).
