Nikita Zadorov was traded from Calgary to Vancouver less than three months ago, but already we've heard rumblings that a trade could be possible once again in the near future.

Nikita Zadorov's agent shuts down trade rumours

While several analysts of the Canucks have shut down these rumours, we've now heard from the official source, with Dan Milstein, Zadorov's agent officially making a statement on Thursday.
Dan Milstein on Nikita Zadorov future : I dont know where these rumours start, that's you guys. Nikita loves it in Vancouver and I will talk with the #Canucks after the season about an extension.
Not only does Milstein reveal that his client loves Vancouver, but also made a point to mention that he will be looking for an extension from the team this upcoming summer.

A slow start to life as a Canuck

After netting 14 goals a season ago for the Flames, Zadorov has started very slow in Vancouver despite his agent posturing that he was one of the best defenseman on the team in Calgary, as he has just 4 assists in 24 games played.
With the addition of Elias Lindholm, the Canucks are clearly going all-in for a Stanley Cup this season, and Zadorov will be a key part of the physicality come playoff time, but for now, he'll need to up his game if he wants an extension in Vancouver.
