According to David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period, St. Louis Blues forward Ivan Barbashev is drawing interest from several teams around the National Hockey League including Calgary, Edmonton, Tampa Bay, Toronto and Vegas.

"Barbashev is another player the Blues could move by the deadline and generate a solid return from a team trying to strengthen its bottom-six." Pagnotta said.

Barbashev, 27, is in his seventh year in the NHL, all spent with the Blues, who drafted him 33rd overall in 2014. The Moscow native helped the Blues win their first Stanley Cup in franchise history back in 2019, so he has the experience contending teams are looking for.

In 51 games this season, Barbashev has 24 points (nine goals, 15 assists), 32 penalty minutes and is a minus-seven. He's in the final year of a two-year pact which sees him earn $2.25 million AAV. Barbashev will be an unrestricted free agent on July 1st.
