If you're an NHL team going into TD Garden in Boston this season, good luck trying to get a victory. The Bruins scored twice in the third period on Tuesday night against Tampa Bay to extend their record at home this season to 13-0-0.

The Lightning were tied with Boston 1-1 heading into the third period, before rookie defenceman Nicklaus Perbix took a tripping penalty which led to a Taylor Hall powerplay goal.

After the game, Lightning head coach Jon Cooper expressed his frustration with his team for taking a costly penalty and not killing off the powerplay in the final period.

"It's a tie game in the third period, and you come in here, and you want to take penalties against Boston and can't kill off one penalty? Shame on us. Anything else?" Cooper said.

With the loss, Tampa Bay drops to 13-8-1 on the season, which is good enough for third in the Atlantic Division, while the Bruins now sit at 19-3-0.
