NHL Stages All-Time Cringeworthy Opening Speech via the Ref (VIDEO)
I totally understand that the NHL has to do certain things simply to maintain an image and pander to fans and yada yada yada. But sometimes they do something that just has bad, weird, and/or desperate vibes.
We had one of those tonight:
I don't blame the ref. I don't really even blame the league.
I don't even think ~blame~ needs to be assigned, per se. I just think this is one of those necessary evils -- so to speak -- that we can all just ridicule together.
And that's the key in these divisive times, isn't it?
