After signing Colin White and Michael Del Zotto in recent days, the Florida Panthers have added a third former Ottawa Senator to their roster.

On Tuesday, they announced that forward Chris Tierney has agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract worth $750,000 at the NHL level and $400,000 at the AHL level.

The Keswick (Ontario) native joined the Senators in September 2018 after being dealt from the San Jose Sharks in the Erik Karlsson trade. Tierney went on to appear in 277 games across four seasons with the Senators, but the organization decided to not re-sign him and he became an unrestricted free agent on July 13th.

In 70 games last season, the 28-year-old had eighteen points (six goals, twelve assists), fourteen penalty minutes and was a minus-twelve.
