Cole Harbour (Nova Scotia) has another Stanley Cup champion, as Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche reached the top of the hockey world on Sunday night.

Shortly after the Avalanche hoisted the Stanley Cup, MacKinnon's friend and idol Sidney Crosby commented on the 26-year-old winning it all.

"I am really happy for Nate. I know how much it means to him and his family. I have seen how hard he's worked to achieve this and glad that he's got rewarded and gets to experience everything that comes with winning. It's special." Crosby said according to TSN's Pierre LeBrun.

MacKinnon had a great 2021-22 campaign, recording 88 points (32 goals, 56 assists) in 65 regular season games and added 24 points (thirteen goals, eleven assists) in 20 Stanley Cup Playoff games.

Congratulations to Nathan MacKinnon and the rest of the Colorado Avalanche on reaching the top of the mountain and winning the 2021-22 Stanley Cup.
