Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers have a 2-1 lead on their provincial rival, the Calgary Flames, in their second round series. The Oilers captain is causing all sorts of havoc for the Flames. In three games, he's put up nine points (two goals, seven assists) and currently leads the league in playoff points with 23 in ten games.

The Oilers took Game 3 on Sunday night by a score of 4-1 with McDavid recording three assists, Leon Draisaitl putting up four assists and Evander Kane scoring his second hat trick of the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

After Game 3, Flames forward Matthew Tkachuk talked about trying to contain McDavid and that they need to find a way to stop him.

"We've let one guy beat us a few nights now," Tkachuk said. "Back to the drawing board and figure out a way to stop him next game."

He added, "They've got one player that plays half the game and is playing some great hockey right now."

Edmonton will look to take a 3-1 series lead on Tuesday night as they host Game 4 at Rogers Place. Puck drop is set for 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN in the United States as well as Sportsnet and CBC in Canada.
