McAvoy Throws Massive Hit on Aho
Early in Game 6 between Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins, Charlie McAvoy threw a huge hit on Canes' All-Star Sebastian Aho.
Hampus Lindholm is back in the lineup for the Bruins. He broke up the 2 on 1 leading to the hit.
Overall, the hit was massive and shoulder to shoulder. An argument might be made about McAvoy leaving his feet, but only time will tell if DoPS gets involved.
Aho was checked out by the Canes' trainer, but stayed on the bench and didn't miss a shift.
