Sidney Crosby left Game 5 of the Pittsburgh Penguins series against the New York Rangers with an apparent injury following a hit by defenseman Jacob Trouba.

After Crosby exited the game, the Rangers proceeded to score 3 goals in only 2:42. Following the onslaught of Rangers goals, coach Mike Sullivan put Evgeni Malkin on the top line. 13 seconds later, Jake Guentzel notched his second goal of the game on a pass from Malkin.

It's unclear if the Penguins captain will return to the game.
