According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Toronto Maple Leafs have placed forward Adam Brooks on waivers.

It's been a waivers-filled season for Adam Brooks. He started the 2021-22 being put on the wire by the Maple Leafs and then a day later was claimed by the Montreal Canadiens. A month later, he landed back on waivers only to be claimed by the Vegas Golden Knights.

That brings us to this week. This is the second time in three days that Brooks has landed on waivers. On Tuesday, the 25-year-old was placed on the waiver wire by the Vegas Golden Knights and yesterday was claimed by Toronto.

The Winnipeg (Manitoba) native has appeared in eleven games this season between the Canadiens and Golden Knights. In those eleven games, Brooks has put up three points (two goals, one assist), two penalty minutes and is a plus-two.
