The Arizona Coyotes will play their final home game on Wednesday, and even after just arriving this season, Josh Doan was emotional about the situation.

Shane Doan is an Arizona legend, with 20 years spent in the organization as an NHLer, and ultimately, his jersey was retired and sent to the rafters. Now, his son has made a major impact in his first season, and given what the organization means to this family, it's safe to say their departure for Salt Lake City will be bittersweet.

On Wednesday ahead of their final game in Arizona, the young star spoke about his feelings on the situation, looking to cap off their run in Arizona in style.

"The Coyotes are still Arizona's team for one more day."

Josh Doan shared his message to fans ahead of tonight's game.

While it's definitely a tough situation, this team has put together a very young and talented core group, and with Doan, Clayton Keller and Logan Cooley among others leading the way, it's safe to say that the fans in Salt Lake City will have a very fun team to watch right away.
